Refund and Cancellation Policy

At King & Canvas, we dedicate significant resources, professional time, and creative mastery to every design and event planning project from the moment of engagement. Because we limit the number of clients we take to ensure a high-end experience, our availability and intellectual property are committed to you upon signing.

No Refunds

King & Canvas does not offer refunds for services provided or for retainer fees paid. All payments made to King & Canvas are final.

Cancellations


In the event that a client cancels our services for any reason:

  • All payments made up to the date of cancellation are strictly non-refundable.

  • Obligations for outstanding balances or cancellation fees will be governed by the specific Service Agreement or Contract executed between the Client and King & Canvas.

This policy is intended to summarize our standard practice. In the event of any conflict between this page and the terms of your specific, signed project contract, the terms of the individual contract shall prevail.
