Julie Crist

Office Manager/Event Planner

After twenty-three years as a dedicated educator, Julie has taken her passion for planning, organization, and helping others in a new direction—into the world of event and wedding planning. As a former teacher, she knows the power of preparation, the importance of clear communication, and the value of every detail. She’s excited to bring her experience and organizational strengths into each event she plans, with a focus on creating stress-free, meaningful experiences for her clients.

With a friendly approach, a meticulous eye for detail, and a genuine love for bringing people together, Julie brings the same care and dedication to events as she did to the classroom. Julie believes that every celebration should reflect your unique story—and she is here to help make that happen, beautifully and seamlessly.

Tammy King

Event Assistant

Tammy brings her natural people skills and attention to detail to every event she supports. With a background in property management, she’s skilled at juggling logistics, coordinating moving parts, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Clients and guests alike are drawn to her approachable, upbeat personality.

She thrives in environments where she can connect with others and help create memorable experiences.

As an event assistant, Tammy ensures that the behind-the-scenes work is seamless so each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Lindsay Woods

Social Media Manager

​Lindsey Woods graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing. Her creative problem-solving skills and strong communication background make her a natural at crafting engaging content and connecting with audiences online. A lifelong animal lover, Lindsey is excited to combine her passion for pets with her expertise in digital marketing.

At home, she enjoys time with her dog, Cooper, and understands the importance of building authentic connections—both in person and on social media. She’s thrilled to bring her creativity and strategy to the Kaylon King and Canvas team.
